“Image Editing Service” is an Australian-based editing company. We provide our service manually. Anyone from Australia can order our service through our website.
To keep the website secured for both the clients and us, we have to follow some terms. To get our service, you have to agree to those terms & conditions.
Our Collaborative Services
We are your dedicated image editing partners. We do not use AI software to process the editing. Every edit is done manually in Adobe Photoshop by skilled designers.
By using Image Editing Service Australia, you are working with a team of professional editors. We provide manual clipping paths, photo retouching, color correction, ghost mannequin, and shadow creation.
We reserve the right to decline projects that involve low-quality source files that cannot be professionally edited. We can reject the content that violates ethical standards.
Project Payment
We start when the details are clear and the payment is secured. All projects must be submitted through our secure portal with clear instructions. Custom quotes are valid for the mentioned projects.
Payments: For new clients, we require an advanced payment or, according to the agreement, upon order confirmation.
Business Accounts: Established Australian businesses can apply for monthly invoicing cycles.
Manual Edits Guarantee
No AI tools are used to provide our service. We guarantee that every image is processed manually by a skilled editor. The final quality is dependent on the resolution of the original file you provide.
We promise to deliver the highest possible standard. Sometimes, it may vary based on your source material.
Delivery & Deadlines
We value your time and aim for a quick turnaround. Standard delivery time is within 24 hours.
For bulk orders over 100 images, we will provide a specific delivery schedule.
We are not liable for external delays caused by internet connectivity issues and other inconveniences that are beyond our control.
Your 100% Satisfaction Period
If the final image is not right, we’ll fix it for free. We offer a 3-day review period after delivery.
Revisions: If the work doesn’t match your original brief, we will revise it for free until you are satisfied.
New Instruction: If you change the instructions after the work is completed, an additional fee will be applied.
Final Delivery: After 3 days without feedback, the project is considered successfully closed.
Copyright & Usage Rights
Your images stay yours. We just make them look better. You represent that you own the copyright for all images submitted.
Once your invoice is paid in full, you own the exclusive rights to the edited versions. We will never sell or leak your images to any third party.
Data Safety & Storage
We keep your workspace clean and secure. We store your edited files for 60 days as a courtesy backup.
However, we recommend downloading your files immediately upon delivery. We utilize encrypted servers to ensure your data remains private.
Liability Limits
Image Editing Service provides a service, not a business guarantee.
We are not responsible for any loss of profit or business reputation resulting from the use of our images in your marketing and promotional campaigns.
Always review your files before going to print and uploading them to your website.
Agreement Updates
Our rules may change to stay updated. We will always be fair. We update these terms to bring new changes. Using our service means you agree to the latest conditions. It’s not hidden. You can always find those changes on this page.
